Hello my name is Raymond Sahley and I am just like you.
Or at least I was once just like you. You see I fired my boss a few years ago and I never looked back. Yes that’s right I had a great career, but I left it all to pursue my happiness instead of the corporate world’s version of happiness. You see the truth is the career had me, not the other way around. I was constantly working late nights and on many holidays. Sometimes I was lucky to get six hours of sleep before heading back in the next day. Does that sound familiar?

I knew deep down it wasn’t right, but our society had conditioned me that I was secure and comfortable in my situation. Well folks I will tell you the bottom line is that I just didn’t have anytime to spend with my family and loved ones.
What good is the greatest career in the world if you don’t have moments to cherish with your loved ones?

After many years of doing what most people do, you know complain about their situation and play the part of the victim, I made a choice to break free. I have done it and you can do it as well. The funny thing is that since I broke free I have felt more alive than ever. I don’t feel scared or worry about security because I know my actions now will reward me.
Now if I don’t feel like going to work I don’t have to. It's not a long commute upstairs into my home office, but sometimes you feel like calling in well. And you know what? I have had my most successful and productive years ever with this mentality.

Now instead of getting paid a fixed wage with the potential of a bonus dangling in front of me like a horse and a carrot, I make my money from my results.
I get paid from what I do -not how long it takes me.
That’s what sets successful people apart from the unsuccessful 97% of home based business owners. You cannot make it getting paid for your time- there is not enough in the world and everyday you are one day closer to running out.

Now I wont lie to you and say it is easy, not at all, but it can be done. You will need help to make the transition and you are not alone.
